From Heathfield/Broad Oak on the A265, turn left into Swife Lane. Follow for exactly half a mile until road opens out and you reach a grass triangle, keep to the right of the triangle (sat nav will try to take you left), then turn immediately right into Springhall Lane. The entrance to Broad Oak Chiropractic is approximately 100 yards on the left handside, signed Paines Corner.

From Burwash Common, continue along the A265, past the turning to Stonegate station, and past Shanks Nursery on the right handside. After approximately 150 yards, take the un-named road on the right. Follow the lane until it forks, bear left, and Broad Oak Chiropractic is the first turning on the right, signed Paines Corner.
